The KHSD Department of Student, Family, & Community Engagement collaborates with all educational partner groups to create data-driven and innovative best practices for student success. We nurture relationships, build trust, identify inequities, analyze data, and develop, implement, and monitor action plans for sustainable and continuous improvement that will lead to transformative student outcomes.

Our mission is to cultivate an inclusive environment that amplifies student, family, and community voices.
